Amidst the emergence of the corona virus the Botswana Nurses Union expressed concern over their members’ health and safety. Court proceedings were lodged during a lockdown and proved to be a leading precedent in respect of conduct of litigation during lockdown. Our team proved as valiant as ever despite the reservations of the decision. The team involved composed of [Mr Malcom T. Gobhoza], [Mr Wame A. Tafa] and [Mr Lesedi R. Rammika].
