Fafa Annoh obtained her Bachelor of Laws from the University of South Africa in 2014. In 2018, she obtained a Certificate in Enterprise Risk Management from the Botswana Accountancy College. During 2020, Fafa obtained her Certificate in Compliance Management from the University of Cape Town.
Over the years, Fafa has developed a broad practice, focusing on all areas of business and commercial litigation and has represented various local and international clients in civil suits and arbitration proceedings.
Fafa’s pimary practice areas include Corporate Governance, Commercial Transactions, AML Policy Review and Drafting, Judicial Management and Liquidation, Administrative Law, Contractual Drafting, Insurance law and Medical Malpractice litigation.
Her experience encompasses all aspects of the litigation process, including research, drafting pleadings, presenting legal arguments, and conducting trials.
Fafa describes herself as a corporate collaborator, who works with clients to find equitable resolutions to their legal challenges. She is adept at analysing legal issues and enjoys assisting clients to settle litigation efficiently and without compromising on quality.
Prior to joining Gobhoza Legal Practice, Fafa was an Associate at a corporate and commercial law firm in Gaborone.
