Malcom Gobhoza, a result oriented and passionate Attorney, is the founding Partner of Gobhoza Legal Practice (GLP). Mr. Gobhoza obtained his Bachelor of Laws (LLB) from the University of Botswana in 2013. He further holds a Diploma in Accounting and finance in Business Studies from Cambridge International College. Mr. Gobhoza is also an Associate member of the Botswana Institute of Arbitrators (BIARB) since 2019.
Mr. Gobhoza is duly admitted as an Attorney, Conveyancer and Notary Public within the jurisdiction of Botswana and copiously practices as such, having garnered 8 years of experience.
At GLP, Mr. Gobhoza primarily focuses on, inter alia Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) and Arbitration, Intellectual property law, Corporate law, Labor law, Administration of estates, Planning and zoning law, Banking and commercial law, Secured Transactions, Conveyancing and Notarial services, Administrative law and Constitutional matters.
Outside the Practice, Malcom is a family devoted individual whose interests lie in travelling and traversing the world, reading and playing golf. He also sits in various boards as a non-executive member.
